I have not change my name after marriage but now i want to nominate my son .Can I do this without changing my name as our names arent match?

My mothers health has drastically changed and she only lives on social security, a very small disability bi-weekly stipend and has medicare. While my mother has been accepted for medicaid as a secondary insurance, she will have to contribute monthly of $406 so that she will be able to have full time home health care (vs only part time with medicare). This expense will make it impossible to help her pay her credit card debts off. My mother needs to contribute to medicaid but then won't have enough to pay off her debts. What are options as far as her credit cards? Should I close them (with her on the phone) and let them know that she is unable to pay so we'd need a settlement price? Or just walk away? I am unsure of her options as my original plan was to help her pay them off one by one.

I have lived in Arizona since 2013 which was the last time my son saw his father. His father lives in Mexico and I have tried to get ahold of him but have not been able. When I moved in this house was filthy, there were nails and plastics all through the landscaping rocks and weeds everywhere. We paid landscapers to clean up the weeds, paid for a deep cleaning service and we had to pick up all the nails. Once moved in we've had to replace weather stripping and other minor fixes because the owners refuse to pay. We bought a small dog and paid the pet deposite. The house is maintained and looks better than when we moved in. How do I get my deposite and pet deposite back at the end of our lease? And the back door is broken and hard to get in and out of.

I need advise and assistance. Have been working with ***Mortgage Servicer*** since 10/2011 to obtain a HAMP 1.0 Tier modification. I have filed for Chapter 11 protection in 4/12 to stop the foreclosure process and continue to work unsuccessfully with Mortgage Servicer. They have made my life so unbelievably stressful with their constant requests for duplicate information provided and 2 denials of the request based on incorrect information that I am spending hours proving their errors. Need assistance to further clarify the settlement terms of the AZ AG's office case and what can be done to help me obtain the HAMP
