QUESTIONS

  • My landlord never made me sign any paper according to my understanding that wouldn’t allow me to have a motorcycle. But today when I brought one home he said he wouldn’t allow it on the property and that he would evict me. Is this legal?
  • I need advise and assistance. Have been working with ***Mortgage Servicer*** since 10/2011 to obtain a HAMP 1.0 Tier modification. I have filed for Chapter 11 protection in 4/12 to stop the foreclosure process and continue to work unsuccessfully with Mortgage Servicer. They have made my life so unbelievably stressful with their constant requests for duplicate information provided and 2 denials of the request based on incorrect information that I am spending hours proving their errors. Need assistance to further clarify the settlement terms of the AZ AG's office case and what can be done to help me obtain the HAMP

  • I filed for divorce 2 days ago. Today I found out that my wife has committed adultery. We had agreed to joint custody because she didn't want to give up our son. • My ex wife filed for an order of protection from me, stating that I had committed acts of domestic violence against her and my children. She filed for it on Sept. 11, 2019 and said that the domestic violence had taken place within the past year. I had been 1500 miles away in the state of WA since 12/27/2017. Had not stepped foot in the state of AZ for almost two years. I have NEVER harmed my ex, nor our children, I have never made threats to hurt them, I don't even spank my children. This has torn my life apart. Is there any legal recourse for her lying, and keeping me from our kids?

  • What does UAV stand for
  • I purchased a home about a year ago with my domestic partner. I am the only person financially responsible for the home. I added my domestic partners name to the title as a joint ownership. In case in the future my domestic partner and I part ways, would we have to sell the home? Does she have any legal rights over the home?
  • I am recently divorced, and I got the house. He has personal stuff still here and I cannot get him to get it out of here. There is a lot of stuff and most too heavy for me to move. I've asked him several times to move it, even sent him letters that he had to sign for. Now he won't even answer his phone so I can pin him down on a date when he can have it done. It's his way of still trying to control my life and all I want is out and away from him. What options do I have to enforce this? It's been three months since the divorce and there was nothing on the decree that states a time limit .
