  • I have a felony DUI in Maricopa County. Is there any possible way to have a felony taken off your record? Totally wipe it out like it never happened.

  • I leased my home using a legit lease form accepted one months down for a security down. They stayed for 5 months, lived there for 2 months without paying rent before they dissapeared and trashed the home, we had to pay $2500.00 in repairs and I have not been able to re-rent the place still for 2 months. It was a 2 year signed lease. Will I have a chance to win if I take them to small claims court? I know where one of them work. Thanks Jim
  • I bought a new car on February 4 2012, I traded in my other car and gave them 2500 in cashiers check. I called them on February 10 to find out what's going on finance guy said having trouble finding loan, I told him I would be down to get my car and money, he said no we are going to give you more money for your trade, promised to call me Saturday No one called. I called them Monday, finance guy said he would call me February 14th by 5 well that's come and gone. After 10 days do they have to technically finance to loan in house if can't find bank, can I call deal off and get car,money
  • My friend just started dating someone who has to attend anger management courses because his ex accused him of domestic violence. He claims she had no proof and that he was not able to defend himself. I want to know if it is true that AZ courts will send someone to anger management classes without any proof of actual violence?
