  • I have lost my pin and number to pay my child support so i can't access child support office. how would I go on getting it again. I moved out of state and can't just go into the child support office. And I do want to pay my child support
  • My husband of 20 years met a woman on the internet, moved her from Florida to Arizona, and put her up in an apartment. During the 5 years I tried to save money to get a divorce, he cleaned out all our retirement savings. As he didn't pay taxes, the IRS came after him for the $150,000 he took and also reduced my social security. I really need a divorce from him, but I'm SMI bipolar and he's mean.  Help me please.
  • I cannot find a form on Maricopa Superior Court for a Temporary Order of Child Custody for post decree. I only find a pre decree form. Can the pre decree form be used if I am filing a post decree Temporary Order? What are my alternatives?
  • I thought that expungement meant the clearing or erasing of one's record, but it doesn't mean that in AZ. What does it mean? What is the point of it?
  • I divorced in Seattle 11 years ago and my ex moved down to Phoenix with my son and I moved down here 5 years ago. He is 13 now and I have always paid child support but I have no record of it, as we did not go through the courts for this. I am getting married in a few months and want to have something signed or some document stating that I have paid child support for the last 13 years and something that shows I continue to pay directly to her every month. Is there something like that here in AZ that will protect me from her stating I never paid?
  • We signed a 4 month lease at an RV Storage facility to rent a 60' space for our 20' trailer, because we were told only 60' spaces were available. After parking the trailer in the assigned space we discovered it is not 60' but 40', which rents for $75 per month. The facility continues to insist it's a 60' space, refuses to measure it & refuses to change our rental rate to $75. They only offer to move us to "another" 60' space as a solution. Is it legal for them to overcharge us like this? What recourse do we have? We suspect they're doing this to others. Isn't this fraud? What rights do we have
  • I signed a contract in mid april to have my kitchen remodeled. I gave the contractor a down payment for the future job. They had their license suspended two days later and can not do any work until it is renewed. Now the company has changed names and license numbers. Is my contract with them void? Can I get my down payment back. No work has been done. The company will not return my calls. Should I file in small claims court?
  • am i able to apply on line? I have trouble with transportaion but will make arrangements if this is not an option for me. Thank you.
