I was fired for forwarding an email deemed offensive...no nudity but the word penis appeared. Other people have received only reprimands for like offenses. I believe the termination was personal because the Pres. didn't like me...My sales performance was not in question. Others have numerous formal complaints against them and were ordered to anger mgmt. classes, but still employed. I knew there was a policy against what I did...even my boss and I traded emails before. Do I have a chance at any recourse?

In accordance to the Late Fee Fairness Amendment Act of 2016, am I able to pay only the amount due for rent to my apartment's property owner and ignore the late fees until a later time? I have been advised that I cannot be evicted for nonpayment of late fees. My lease agreement states there is no grace period for late fees after the 1st of the month, but isn't that illegal in the state of Arizona? Isn't there supposed to be a 5 day grace period?

Son in prison for drugs only but will be in for several years (first time incarcerated). He is in a drug rehab program there. Grandmother from mother's side has custody of his child. She asked him to sign away his rights as a parent. When he refused she said she can go to court and adopt the child anyway because of his being in prison. Can she do this? Can he loose permanent custody with this.

Although I have guardianship of my young nephew and my wife and I have established ourselves as loco parents. My sister now is in custody of him. (she established herself as a stable loving capable mother) However she has moved in a boyfriend who has established himself as "Daddy" and is now refusing to allow my wife, me nor his maternal grandmother to visit with us. Do I have any enforcible visitation rights as his guardian?
