QUESTIONS

  • I was granted a divorce in Arizona in 1998, my husband never paid child support or alimony. Can I request the court to get him to pay it to me now, even though it is years later?
  • I just went to court for nonpayment of rent and I received a judgment for 5 days. I’m trying to find out the next step or how much time do I have to find a place to go before I’m locked out of my house
  • My girlfriend and I had a daughter together. She has left and has made no attempt to support my daughter. She has no residence or job. How do I get sole custody of my daughter? There has been no legal action taken on either side.
  • I have recemtly been told I have to relocate for work. My oldest son is 17 years old and graduates in a month. He has told me that he will not move, and when we go, he is "Disapearing".   • my daughter 16 was involved in a bad car accident the 18 yr old driver had no insurance, a lawyer told me we could not sue the individual or we would loose the uninsured claim on my own insurance. He almost killed my daughter: and we have thousands in medical bills, and we don't even know what punishment he recieved my coverage i had will not pay all the bills what about my daughters pain and suffering? she has permanent injuries she will have for life. why do i have to pay for his mistake? she is the victim why are we not being notified about any court proceedings? who do i need to contact?
  • I have a 4 year old, the father has been in prison for 4 yrs. His name isn't on the birth certificate, paternity has been established. went to court for child support. judge verdict; im financially responsible untill dads released.father was released dec 2012.we tried to work it out.I was the sole provider for him and my son financially.Father became physically abuse(towards me) had black outs, son was almost hit with a rock the last incident. no report filed , we moved states. dad is in prison till aug 27 2013(unrelated), what is best solution? full custody and restraining order??
  • Before me and my sons father got married and when i had my son his father did sign his birth certificate but my son is carrying my lastname and his fathers lastname as part of his middle name until we get married then i would want my son now to reverse his middle name which is the fathers lastname to my sons lastname ans my lastname to his middle name as well, will there be a fee to that or is it free do reverse his middle and lastname?
  • if i have priors in the state of california that occured in 2005 and 2008 can the state of arizona use that against me in court
