In Nov. 2016 I gave the landlord a cashiers check for the agreed upon purchase price for the MH he has yet to produce the title. I was never given rules & regs, rental agreement, Dep housing summary, utilities are not posted,never rec. Meter readings, there several collsped MH. Landlord will not return calls.

My children live with my sister right now because DCS took them from me. If i sign guardianship of them over to my sister can i get my kids back at some time? Does my sister then have the authority to sign them back over to me in 6 months?

I don't know if you can help us or maybe direct us to someone who can. KayKay Properties took over as managers of our apartment building. This is not an assisted living facility, but regular low income senior apartments. I am one of the original tenant and the other original tenants and we have gone through several managers. But this company has come in and is trying to dictate to us, change rules that make so sense and threaten with evictions. We have been told that none of our grandchildren under the age of 18 can spend the night with us anymore, if they do, we will be evicted. If someone is on medical marijuana they can't smoke it in their apartment, they have to leave the building and smoke in the parking lot. If they smoke in the building they will be evicted. We can't go to check out mail in our robes, if we do we will be evicted. They will spray for roaches, but we have to count the number of dead ones, and if they have to spray again we have to pay for it. If we don't pay for the exterminator, we will be evicted. If any of us are ill and need family or friends to help us, we have to let management know who they are, where they work and how much they make, if not...you guessed it, we will be evicted. I was out starting to prune my Mesquite Tree and noticed a large Bee Hive and Honey Comb. I came inside and called a Bee Removal because I didn't want to get Stung or my dogs. I had my Landscapers coming that afternoon to prune all my trees in preperation for the Moonsoons. My Lease states that I am responsible for yard maintence which I have done for nearly 7years. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVALE AND HONEY COMB

So if a landlord has 14 days to provide move out calculation sheet and fees, what happens in the event they go past that time frame and still try to collect?

2 years ago the VA did a full hip replacement on me. Less than 2 years later, I had to have a non VA doctor redo my hip. Dr advised that the hip that the VA put in was recalled and also that the VA Doctor did not put my hip in correctly. As a result I am now on full Social Security Disability. I am trying to find out how to pursue a case against the VA for malpractice and inadequate care after my surgery. I have had no luck so far speaking to VA advocates etc. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

My ex is smi ( seriously mentally ill) and have suicidal tendencies and is a heroin addict and have multiple domestic violence against her. Could she refuse to let me see or speak to my daughter and take sole custody of her?

I was arrested in January of 2019 in Gila county, the preliminary hearing was vacated and I am not being charged but when a background check was done the charges were found. I am trying to re-enter military service, is there a way to make these go away since the state is not pressing charges and it’s been the better part of two years, what are my options?

I rent a house that is in foreclosure. the landlord does not know that i am aware . The house is being put up for auction in 60 days. Am I within my legal rights to withhold rent so I can find another place to live? Can he try to evict prior to the auction due to unpaid rent?
