I am divorced and sole custody of my 2 daughter ages 5 & 7. In my divorce it stipulates I do not have to if form my ex-husband of any thing regarding the girls even a move. He does not even get parenting time of any kind. I do allow supervised visits for the girls's sake as lang as he is sober at the time.He does not pay his child suport. My question is what rights does he have over the girls and how do I terminate his parental rights? so one day my futer husband can adopt them?

I was sitting in my car, engine running for four minutes underneath a no parking sign in a paratransit loading zone (Tucson)and was handed a $538 fine which I'm appealing. 1)Is no parking the same as no standing? 2)Does the ticket enforcer need to identify himself?

My landlord added a line in my lease that he can charge me for maintenance calls. I believed this to be for damage to the property that was our fault. After moving in we noticed a huge leek under the sink that was flooding onto the floor He charged us $75 for reporting the problem to him Then there was no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. Again he charged me $75. Is this legal? Isn’t it the landlords responsibility to maintain good plumbing? Do I really have to pay for him to repair someone else’s house?

I’m a teacher at a charter school. My school is trying to force me to teach in person. With COVID-19 raging in AZ I don’t feel it’s safe. If I’m fired for refusing to teach in person can I collect unemployment or even sue the school for putting my life in danger?

I have heard nothing from him. What is my next step to get the deposit back.

My roommate left a month ago to go back East to visit family. When he left as far as I knew he had every intention of returning. I have not heard from him in 3 weeks now. He is not returning my calls. He left his car in my garage & other personal items. I own the house & he rented a room. How long do I have to wait to get rid of his stuff? Also, what do I do with his car?
