My home was foreclosed (sold at auction) in 2009. I had two loans on the home, my primary residence: a Primary and a Home Equity Line of Credit. I have become aware that the HELOC bank, *****, has not written off my loan yet; this is preventing me from purchasing another home, which I have under contract. Q: Should a HELOC be considered "settled" with a foreclosure or can ***** the bank still pursue me for the unpaid loan amount (+$100K)? I am waiting to hear from *****, but they are extremely slow to respond and this could cause me to lose a potential new home! :-(

I want to file a Civil Action Lawsuit against my former employer for unpaid wages. I'm owed $1323.00. Can I do this on my own or do I need an attorney?

My lease ended on 12/31/14. I haven't signed a new lease and it's already May 2015. Am I considered month to month? Can the property manager still have a judgement put against me for non payment of rent?

I belong to a Property Owner's Association. The manager and the original Developer states we do not follow ARS Title 33 because the Association is a non-profit corp. and does not own property. We are all mandated members that must pay dues to maintain the roads that are dedicated to public use. We have bylaws, CC&R's. Is this true? The developer is getting properties back thru foreclosures and says he does not owe dues and is using his 10-1 votes from the foreclosures. Our CC&Rs say that if the first mortgagee gets property back they are not liable for past dues, but from acquisition. Help?

For over a year my roommates and I have had a reoccurring mice problem. We keep areas clean, take out the trash regularly, and have never caused any sort of damage to our property. Our rental property will only put down traps and do not make any major effort to eradicate the problem with mice. How can we get them to move forward in paying for extermination and an expert to identify where the mice are coming in?

I have a 10 year old daughter with my ex-wife. I just found out that she may not be mine. What are my legal rights to the child? I have been with this child from birth. And now I find out someone else may be the father.

I have a 2 year old child with my ex. we were never married and never went through the courts to establish custody. He moved out of state when my son was 3 months old and has only seen him a few times. My fiance is in the army and we will be relocating to texas when he gets home from his deployement. Is there a law that can stop my ex from letting me leave the state with my son, even though he doesnt even live here?

My apartment is having a cockroach problem. The people have sprayed buy they still aren't going away. Can I do anything since they have actually been trying? Or am I able to take action since the problem still persists?
