my house sold at auction 8/27/213 it sold for more than i owed,its been remolded and up for sale alredy my name stll on it.im the only one entitled to the excess funds, i understand az law allow the trustee to write the check dirctley to me is there a way to have them do this

I have been renting from a management group for 3 years. The past year and a half getting them to fix things takes weeks sometimes months. I had my glass of my patio door fall halfway out 3x. I had water leaks where it took weeks to get there and they didn't clean up water and now I have mold. They took off my lock off patio and never put on. Safety latch for pool was taken off. I have kids. My pool took a month and a half to get fixed was green where you can't see bottom. I have documentation and emails and photos. I finally had enough gave notice to move. They said no. What can I do?

My 85 year old mother passed away suddenly on May 25. 2013. She had a lease and a security deposit of $200.00. The apartment complex has suddenly (after 3 months of attempting to get it returned after perfect walk through results) decided that I am not able to get any security deposit. Also, refuse to return my extra monies paid to stay for 14 days to remove my mother's items. I was assured that all of the money would be returned to me but now that they have a new owner, they state that they will not return any of the money that they agreed to return to me. AZ law states that they were to notify me within 14 days if any problems with refund with her security deposit or they have to pay double the amount back. Is this applicable in this case? I have continuously attempted to contact them regarding this issue and I finally got a bunch of passing the blame answers and this is three months late.

Can a individual be charged 4 years later on charges from a crime scene investigation that was already investigated and charges imposed 4 years ago and the defendant took a plea deal on them? Anotherwords, during a burglary investigation and a search of a residence indicated items that were burglarized, along with drug parafanillia, no charges were filed regarding the burglary but charges were filed on the drug parafanillia and the defendant took a plea deal on them and sentenced 4 years ago......now all of a sudden they charge the defendant with the burglary, and the same drugp again 4yrs lat

My landlord is requiring beginning August 1st every tenant to take an unnecessary utility called RegalWaste and upon renewal to pay $15 a month for this service, even though regular trash will continue and charged for in the utility bill. RegalWaste includes storing their bins in your bins until pickup time from in front of your door and then bringing it back into your apt. till the next day. Is this legal and what if I say no.

I submitted an application to Community Legal Services, yesterday, for Cody Mohr. What is the next step? I attempted to call the Central office today. I was on hold and had only one person ahead of me, then the hour passed and they hung up, as they stated they would. I can try again tomorrow. Should Cody and I go down to their office. My father (73) was diagnosed with lung cancer few months ago. I do not know how much time he has left. He owns a house in Mesa, and my sister lives with him. The house is under his name and he has a will that divides evrything he owns 50-50 between my sister and me. Now, when he passes away, can my sister still be in the house and assume mortgage payment? If my sister and I want to sell the house after my father's departure, can we do that? If so, how does that work?
