Also I wanted to know if I am able to go and make a report on my own will she be charged with anything?
  • If I work out of the state of AZ will AZ child support still garnish my checks?

  • My employer has us keep receipts (tickets with the food orders written on them) she is threatening to take $100 for every ticket that gets lost. More than 3 different employees handle these tickets along side the cashier daily. Is this legal for her to take $100 from the cashier if a ticket gets lost?
  • How can I reduce my mortgage payment and/or principal? Is it possible to sue the bank and/or lender in order to eliminate and/or cancel my mortgage for fraud and/or TILA, RESPA violations? Do securitization audits and/or other mortgage audits work to accomplish these goals? What is quiet title and should I file for one? Thank you.
  • I filed and received an Order Of Protection, including the exclusive rights to my house and property. That was around the 3rd of June. The Judge said they would serve it at no cost by that day or the very next day. They did not make it by on the same day. The next day everyone had to leave the house due to the house being chemically fumigated. So the Order was not served. I assumed they would return and they have not. Also the police have been back to the house since then due to the same reasons I acquired the Order. I told them about the Order and they made it seem like its not valid? Is that true?

  • The saleperson whom sold my home lied to me and the costs were nothing I would agree to. I own my home outright and made it clear what I wanted and what I would pay. I was reasdured and the resltor would not clarifiy it in writing. Sure enough exactly what I predicted, she did and at first casuing me to lose 5000 below what I would ever agree to. Now she claims she will give up her commission but she has been so j trustworthy , I am afraid she will steal my home or rip me off. I am devastatedshe would do this and am afraid to go to closing for more aggravtion and stress..
