I am not married to my child's father. He signed an aknowledgment of paternity when we were in the hospital so he could be put on the birth cert. Is that enough or do I need to get a real test done to start the child support process. And if so how do I get the fees waived?

I rented my space in November and there was the remnants of the prior tenants porch in my backyard they at that time told me they were going to move it. It has not been moved the owner mentioned to me today that he was going to park a trailer in that spot like a work trailer I just want to know if it's legal for him to park and for me to store his property on my rented space? I have sole legal custody of my 3 kids my ex has supervised visits, I am not allowed to move 100 miles from where I did when our divorce finalized without permission. Am I allowed to take my kids on vacation out of town or state, or do I have to get permission from the court?

my x wife violated a protection order and took my son then split to another state. i have an emergency custody order for my child that the judge awarded me which also states on documents that the child is to be returned to father immediately! now after i got process server to serve my wife, she now is tryng to keep my son and file a case in the state where she is at. is that fair? how can i get my son back where he resides for the past 3 years? can someone please help?

When I had my daughter I assumed the father that was named on her birth certificate was her biological father. That was not the case. How do i go about taking the father on the birth certificate off and add her biological father? He is threatening me to take me to court to take my daughter if i don't take action, is he able to do that?

Is there a statue of limitations on custody papers? Can they be ammended at any time? is there a penalty for not seeing your child for over a year? I have attempted to see my son many many times but his father is not enforcing the custody papers. Do I have legal action against that?
