  • Lot rental increases are done every year at this mobile home living facility. However, the common areas like laundry room has a rotting and broken ceiling panel that has electrical wiring exposed. There are no lights in there and just provided an unstable lamp. The mail room does not have proper lighting as well. How can this be fixed, Its been 6 years that we had been living here and it has been the same condition still.
  • I work in outside sales. For a number of years my employer has deducted shipping costs from my commission for all accounts outside the metro area. Recently they have begun deducting the % of $ credit charges cost from my commission as well. They deduct this before my paycheck is cut. For example they show me a spreadsheet with my compensation as $7000.00 -500 shipping -500 cc fees (and sometimes other deductions) = $6000.00 since these fees are deducted can i write them off on taxes and is this even legal?

Our biggest concern is the carpet, since it's degraded since we've been here. Is "normal wear and tear" at all a consideration? Is there an algorithm or guide on what they should do.   • Every year during monsoon season, my lot I rent is under 8 inches of water to include my AC, 2 sheds and part of my mobile home. Even though renting a sump pump would have easily resolved the issue, they refused to help. Now I have wood rot to both sheds and one support pillar sank. I'm unsure about any AC damage.
