My ex wife moved to another state with our children, she does not work, and I ssupport their household financially, however it is all considered child support as it is writen in the decree. I ensured the decree stated I could claim the children on my taxes so long as I am up-to-date with my payments. Due to the condition, there is a form she is required to sign. I am up-to-date but she refuses to sign. What are my options to enforce the decree?

Can my landlord/parents refuse to give a rental history? We rented from them for 9 years and the house was in a trust until they sold it without telling us. In court (over amount they owed for repairs) he admitted we never missed a payment or paid late but they refuse to sign anything or put anything in writing because they admitted they had not been paying taxes on the rental income we were paying! What can we do to get a rental history so we can buy a house or move into another rental? It's the only thing holding us back,

I have co signed for my adult son for the last 3 years. A new property management company took over the lease for the last 3 month. The new property management company did not inform me that they took over the lease. My son gave a 30 day notice on January 5 2018. He paid January rent. The new property management company says he is responsible for February rent as well. They are informing me now that I need to pay February because I am a co signer. (My son is now a student and can not afford the rent) Question: Are we responsible for February 2018 rent because the 30 days went from 01/05/2018?

We had an 80/20 mortgage on our home. In Feb it was foreclosed on. The first lender shows as a foreclosure but the 2nd lender(chase) shows as a charge off. I was told that there is something in the state of AZ that requires both lenders to report it as a foreclosure. Is there a provision code that I can contact Chase with to have the reporting changed to Foreclosure? Thank you..
