  • I am USN veteran seeking legal services and advice on a matter that concerns a home that I have purchased with a former significant other. what legal services are available if any to me.
  • My daughter recently move to tucson to attend college. The apt complex was supposedly wifi ready, but the previous tenant in her unit apparently damaged the wiring to the point of a very costly repair, which the complex manager told her `they did the best they could', but it would cost too much to fix, and basically, tough luck. She now has to rely on using data (expensive!) and they are not offering to cover that cost. If the other units in the complex have access to this service, isnt she legally entitle to it as well?

Can they take my car? I am Social Security. All I have is my car that I still owe on. I go back and forth to the doctor and school for my AA. If they take my car I can not make it. I am below poverty level . not even 1,000.00 a month. Do I need to file for exemptions on my car and which one should I use. Do I have to file bankruptcy to file for exemptions? Or am I ok? Please help I have only a little time left I want to file an appeal & reconciliation.
  • I got a equity loan for 30,000 on may 2007. On march 2009 got laid off my home was in foreclosure status. I became disabaled and filed in 2010. During which time my account was given to a lawfirm for collection. Well in 2011 I received my disability and soon after received a new agreement on my home from chase bank to refinance which we did. After this the lawfirm kept at me about owing on this account and they garnished my wifes checks and now shes not able to work their taking us to court come to find out this is my mortgage acct. and me and chase agreed on a new contract back in 2011.
