My father passed and my sister had a beneficiary deed that made the home hers. I've lived there for 7 years and provided care for my father during that time. She is now trying to evict me and my father's only been gone for two weeks. She's entering the house and removing property and even drilled out the lock to my bedroom door. She's installed cameras to watch the house from outside. What are my rights?

My son was born while I was married to the man on the birth certificate. He is not the biological father & was aware when we divorced but chose to be his father child support & visitation etc. He owes past due support & so now wants to rebut paternity. Can he do this in AZ if he has already accepted the role knowing he is not the paternal father?

Clicked to renew my lease and got an email accepting that request. Went to log on to the website to sign the new lease and it was not available. Informed the apartment management and received an email saying they would write it up and send it, however I still have not received anything. Can they for some reason not renew my lease after the initial acceptance? My current lease is up at the end of June, if I did not want to renew I would have had to give 60 days written notice. Can they give me less than I am required to give them if they do not renew for some reason?
