I gave birth to my son in late April this year. His father was not there for his birth and has never met him. He had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and was just recently arrested. Is it against the law for my creditor (car dealership)to contstanly contact me at work even after I have verbally requested them not to? What can I do to protect my employment as them constanly calling may jeopordize my employment?

The home I rented went into foreclosure and was sold, unbeknownst to me or to the property management company (manager was not the owner). I made 2 rental payments to the management company during the time between the home being sold and us becoming aware of it. I made a CFK agreement with the new owner and requested my deposit, as well as the 2 rental payments back from the manager. They told me to give them a key and they would return my deposit, even though I made it clear I was not moving out. I returned my key and they refused to return my deposit or payments. Do I have any recourse?

When the Court Sets Aside a misdemeanor conviction and orders a person released from all penalties and disabilities, does this mean that all civil rights (voting, gun rights, etc.) are restored? And if so are there any other documents that have to be submitted to complete this action?
