  • When we got married, we both hyphenated our last names to form one. Now, we are frustrated with having the hyphenated name and would like to switch--my husband back to just his last name and myself to having my last name as my second middle name and his as my last. How do we go about this?
  • The mother left me off of the birth certificate and now I would like to petition for a paternity test and look into getting parenting time. I was wondering what documents I would need to file at the court and if a trial, where she and I were both in a courtroom in front of a judge, was imminent, or if the court would bring us both in to a judge in an office to discuss things. If we were brought into an office would lawyers be allowed or strictly she and I? Also, what if I file a parenting time petition and the mother does not agree to it? Could the judge agree to it without her consent or?

  • My boyfriend and I paid our rent 435 + 48 late fees for the prior month leaving us a balance of 65 dollars in late fees for this month. I seen AZ law states that a 10% total rent is the most that can be charged for late fees. Per the rental agreement, the only mention of late fees 25.00 + 5.00 daily late fees until for any portion of rent that is not paid. There is no section devoted to late fees as required by AZ law. I was wondering can a landlord charge late fees on the months late fees?
