My father passed and my sister had a beneficiary deed that made the home hers. I've lived there for 7 years and provided care for my father during that time. She is now trying to evict me and my father's only been gone for two weeks. She's entering the house and removing property and even drilled out the lock to my bedroom door. She's installed cameras to watch the house from outside. What are my rights?

It is time to renew my lease and a Bed Bug Addendum was added. It has harsh provisions for tenent payment of treatment expenses, even being responsible for adjacent units, even if you did not cause the infestation. The AZ law states you can be charged only if you fail to report. Is this Addendum legal. If I refuse to sign it can I legally be denyed the right to renew my lease? If I do sign it to renew the lease, will it hold up in court? Can you point me toward a lawyer in the Phoenix area who has experience with this? Thank you!

My mother is 85 and being treated by a naturopathic doctor. My sister and I are concerned that the care she is getting is harming her overall health. We have contacted the Naturopathic Physician Medical Board to file a complaint. They are willing to move forward and subpoena her medical records for review. The problem is that they say there is no way to keep this physician from mentioning it to our mother. We feel that our mother puts an abnormal amount of "faith" in this physician and that she has been, for lack of a better word, "brainwashed" into believing that he can do no harm. We want to proceed without fear that he will convince my mother that we are "the bad guys." What do we need to do to proceed without fear that he will discuss this with our mother? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
