How do I go about removing people who live in my house who are not on the lease. I understand they have squatters rights. How would I go about legally removing them from my home? I am not the landlord I am the tenant, but my name is on the lease and all the bills. I do not want them in my home any more they have been here illegally for about 3 months. They are not on the lease, how can I legally remove them without losing the house myself?

Our Mobile Home Management has requested all residents submit copies of the title to their mobiles and home owners insurance. Is this something we must comply with, even though we are not in the process of selling our homes?

I have let my mother live in my residence that I owed with my Father, her ex-husband. He has since past. She is always late on the rent and does not take care of the yard, and smokes in the house. I don't have a lease agreement and I want her out of the house. I am cleaning up his estate and acquiring a loan to fix up the place. How can I legally do this to get her out of the house since I have no signed lease agreement. She is either late or short on the rent at least 3 times in the last year.

for 8 weeks i had a leek with foul smelling oder,when it was to be fixed i was told we would have to stay somewhere with my pets so they could work.i told my landlords i had no place to go or could not afford a Motel, did not matter. it cost me $362.30 but i was told they would take off $125.00 from my rent. thats not right,is it?

I live out of the US but I have a misdemeanor warrant for my arrest in Yuma County. I want to quash the warrant so that I can freely pass into the country and appear before the court to address the charges on my own account. Is there a way to go about this by doing it myself?

A Felony 6 Non-designated was designated as a Misdemeanor 1. I was told by the court that my rights were altered during the time period it was an Undesignated felony 6 (voting and gun rights). The charge in the case has now been "Vacated and Dismissed". Have all of my rights been restored or do I need to process and other documentation?

Hello!! at the present time I'm a residente of Phoenix,Az. However, I've a child support case going in Puerto Rico. I'm trying to obtain a reduction in my child support payments since now I have a new baby and my financial situation has been deeply affected, plus others factors that I'm willing to discuss later. We have paid out 36000 for a house & have a signed notarized Letter of intent to sale/purchase but the owner died & benefactor has sold our house out from under us refusing to honor the deal that we had with their father. what is my recourse?

I moved out my apartment a month early and returned all keys. I recently tried to rent a house but landlord said there was a forcible detainer on my record. I moved out in January and record shows landlord filled forcible detainer in May but is shows no money owed. Can a landlord file after your already gone and how can i remove it from my record?
