  • A maint worker from a property mgt co entered my apartment without consent. They refuse to tell me who entered my apartment, why there was a need to enter, and I asked what was the emergency that constituted the right to enter my apartment. I have left 2 calls for the regional manager with no response. No attempt was made to call me that there was an emergency, no voicemail, and no door tag. The only reason I knew someone was in my apartment was because my detergent and softener was left on the washer. This was discovered on my lunch. When I came home from work my apartment was flooded.
  • I live in a mobile home park and own the trailer, not the lot, and our landlord is saying that we have thirty days to show proof of insurance otherwise we'll get evicted. My question is can she legally force us to get insured when almost all insuranfr companies wont even touch trailers?

  • I was just given a 5 day eviction notice saying, I didn't pay my rent. The notice statement included bed bug extermination, into my rent. I am also being charged a late fee and taxes added onto both extermination and my rent. I paid my rent on the 3rd, on time. Is it legal for them to evict me, by adding the bed bug extermination to my rent? It was in dispute, as was handled properly by myself. Continued bed bug infestation in building & complex.   • I have been in a domestic violence situation for 9 years. We had 3 kids out of wedlock and later on married. He is on the birth certificate but there is no court custody in place. He is also on the child abuse and neglect registry for failing to supervise my daughter properly and has domestic violence charges on his record, I was the victim. Can I relocate to another state with our children legally and not tell him?
