okay so i had a d.v. charge about 15 years ago did the classes and just recently recieved my level 1 fingerprint clearance am i legal to carry a firearm

I listed my granddaughter as 18 month old. No fence or gate was around the pool from back doors of home, as required by permit under AZ Law. The lessor had a real estate agent as did we. The lease was broken, accepted by the lessor. The lessor does not want to refund $3,900.00 security deposit. The exterior fence from driveway also was not self closing either and we have pictures of both. Did the lessor break the AZ law by entering into a legal contract and not have a Permitted, Inspected fence and self closing gate around the pool, Knowing an 18 month old be occupying the leased home?

im 4mo into a 1yr lease. weve had constant plumbing problems since moving in. now i just receive a 30day notice from landlord saying we have to move out so the whole plumbing can be replaced. i still have over half my lease left. do they owe me moving expences for making me move out early?

My daughters biological father has not seen her in over 18 months and has not reached out at all. He lives in New Jersey. My husband has been in her life and a full time dad for over 2 years. How would we go about terminating parental rights if the biological father is not on the birth certificate and has not been involved with her at all? My boyfriend got arrested a few days ago in Phoenix for a supposed probation violation when he wasn't even on probation in the first place. The city of Scottsdale put a hold on him for an unpaid warrant from years ago for underage drinking and driving under the influence. The Phoenix jail said if I paid a bond of $50 dollars the charge of probation violation would be taken care of and then the city of Scottsdale would have 72 hours to pick him up or he'd be released. When I sent his mother to pay the $50 dollar bond they told her there was no $50 dollar bond and that the bond was $2,550 but that is what he owes the city of Scottsdale and they still haven't picked him up. Now they are telling him he is going to court AGAIN for the Phoenix charge and then after that they'll transfer him to Scottsdale to wait to go to court for those charges. I don't have a job or $2,550 dollars or anything worth nearly that much. I'm afraid he's going to end up being in jail PAST MY SCHEDULED C-SECTION. I'm due in 37 days. Any advice? Please help,.
