should the state appoint me a public defender in my case? i was in a car accident in my own front yard and was arrested 2 days later. the judge released me on no probable cause and was dropped the next day. a month later the municipal court sent a letter saying i have all these charges. plead not guilty and to trial. the judge then told me i had to repersent myself and i wasnt getting a public defender. my charges are aggravated assualt w/deadly weapon(2), reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and domestic violence what should i do

We have rented a townhouse and upon moving in have found that the air/heat did not work. It has been over three months and the landlord has yet to fix the issue and now even her realty company will not return my calls. Is there anything I can do, legally?

I get a news letter the first of the month stating maintenance day is 1/21/15. Is that legal notice. They come in twice that day. Once to change the a/c filter, check smoke alarm and look for drippy faucets. They come back to do monthly pest control. It is anywhere from 8 to 5. Lately they have even looked in the refrigerator during this inspection.

This is an odd question for Arizona, but in the summer my landlord keeps the thermostat locked when he is in town. He is a rather large man, and keeps the A/C at 69 during the summer. Myself and my roommate nearly have to wear winter garments to be comfortable. Not only is this a waste of electricity, but it is extremely uncomfortable for his tenants.
