QUESTIONS

  • I was divorced 05/19/16. Part of the settlement was I got the marital home (w/no mortgage). I allowed my ex to stay in the marital home and share household expenses. I now want to sell the house. Do I have to evict him? He homesteads another property and gets no mail at marital residence.
  • Since I moved in I have asked management to repair numerus things. Fill many cracks everywhere to avoid water damage and bugs from other apts. Tiny squirt of caulking on tub dried and separated. I now have LOTS of roaches AND bed bugs because they wouldn't do their jobs. They have caller ID so when I call they ignore me. They told me so. They offered me another apartment with a $275 transfer fee. I already paid over $700 security fee. I'm disabled, on SSI. What can I do?

  • I received a eviction notice on my door today giving me 24 hrs to get out of my moblie home. Yesterday they wanted to do an home inspection and enter my home but when i called and left several messages they never called back. If they told a particular payment from me within the last 30 days can they evicted me. They said they sent notice in the mail but they know my mailbox is broken. So i never received anything
  • I have lived at the same complex for a few years. The property has changed hands and the staff also has changed. The current manager has been here over six months. I have never been charged late fees when I went past the grace period and I have some bank information to support that has occurred more than once. This month she stuck me with over $70 in late fees for the first time. I asked her why she is now penalizing me for the first time and she said she is tired of everyone walking all over her. I am under the impression that since she has not previously enforced the fees that she can't now?
