  • can the landlord request only bank checks for rent due to his employee was stealing money orders? because it costs me $8.00 a check to make.
  • Can you please outline the steps necessary to acquire a birth certificate when one was never filed in 1980 when I was born? Thank you!
  • If an adult child is living with his father and the father decides to kick the child out of the house. Does it require eviction notice before requiring them to leave? If possessions of the child are still in the house, how does the child go about retrieving them?
  • What can I do if my husband is not filing his set of divorce papers, mine have been filed already and I waited the required amount of time, but he will not file his papers saying he is too busy. We have no children together and we agreed on everything. I believe I need to file a default form, but does that mean we have to have a hearing? Is there anyway to file the default form and have no hearing? Especially being we have no property/assets to divide.
  • I had previously filled out paperwork to request a modification hearing. A hearing was scheduled but I would like to withdraw that request at this time. My landlords said if she won't pay her part, it will be sent to collections and they will also require me to pay the remaining balance if she doesn't.

My lease asks for a 60 day notice, this just happened no way for me to give a notice. Also my lease is up September 9. I read that it's AZ state law, that if a tenant feels unsafe they may leave. I am moving because I literally can't sleep because my car was broken into and I have a small child.
