  • there seems to be a question about smoking weed inside a renal condo complex where smoking inside is against the rules of Hoa. Have been told that it's ok if one has a medical card, but I can't be around the smoke and I smell it regularly.
  • A recent partial flood due to a roof leak caused by pigeon feces and nesting on the roof. Birds were also living in the attic. Sewer roaches also infested the attic drawn to waste and moisture present in the attic. With hazardous exposure and health concerns, is this the responsibility of the owner? They are communicating I should have recognized or smelled the nesting and feces and reported it before the problem developed. I requested they order an air quality test due to my asthmatic children and my concern of something in the air about a year ago. They have no record of it?

Parts of the ceiling and walls had to be removed and a restoration team had to dry the wall. Being a home worker and this a very small place, I found a temporary rental. I have not been answered on when the place will be made whole again and if it would be of consideration to adjust for the days I was not living there. No answer was given,
  • The original lease was not an AZ Law Lease Form. One yearlease ended November 20he original 14. It has been month to month I severred eviction notice May 15, 2016 On the original non AZ form it states tenant has 60 days to vacate. Is this true or can I proceed with 30 days. I don't known if I have to honor the original (wrong state lease or go by AZ law eviction process. Thank you.

Who would be responsible for my loss and damages? The landlord is blaming their contractor for the vandalism, and would this be why my landlord toyed with me for 3 months then finally replaced the HVAC unit when they finally had coverage to do so? Because If I ran into the problem with my insurance company I am sure when they tried to file a claim they ran into the same issue.
