Who can serve a protective order in Arizona?
-
I have 4 grandchildren living me for the last 13 to 14 yrs. Their mother has been in and out and currently on probation. I'm done. They have all become as disrespectful as their mother and I have told them, they need to get out of my house. I refuse to work everyday and come home to a pig pen, when I am the only one paying the bills. The 16 year old told me she that her mother said they don't have to go any where. I have to give her a 30 day notice. Is this true? I cant wait 30 days. I can't call the police and have them removed?

As a landlord what appliances are required that I supply?
-
Hi I recently moved into a rental home and things are continuously going wrong. We went without A/C for 4 days before it was fixed, the electrical sockets in the bathroom go on and off continuously on their own for days at a time and we have a toilet that leaks. At what point can we terminate a lease and still get our security deposit back? The landlord expects these things to be fixed by us first then her then a professional. I know nothing about electrical things so now its her turn to look before a professional each time takes days-weeks to fix.
