  • I am on a short term medical leave that I had to fill out fmla papers for as well. They told me they didn't have to hold my job so when I go back do they have to offer me something else at my same rate of pay?
  • In regards to ars 41-1758.07 What is the difference between section b 42 and section c 66? B42 within 5 years- so anything older than five years is ok....... C66 more than 5 years- so anything before is ok????? Very confusing. I'm trying to apply for a level 1 fingerprint card and have convictions but all were set aside
  • In Arizona they impound your vehicle if you get pulled over and are driving on a suspended license. Does the officer have to wait for the tow company to be present before doing a tow list? I did not give consent to search.

  • I lived in XXXXX apartments until June 2015. In June of 2015 I paid $406.17 to end my lease and my roomates and I signed a roommate release form saying that I was no longer on the lease. They moved out prematurely in August of 2015. Apparently a sum was sent to a collection agency for that apartment in 2016 and they included my name when they did that. I did not find out about this until I applied for an apartment for my daughter and I in May of 2017 and was denied because of this sum. I called the complex and was basically told that they cant help me. What can I do from here?
  • We are in a lease and the owner listed house for sale. Can they post pictures of our belongings on the sites they're advertising the house on? I feel violated and fear a break in.

Again he charged me $75. Is this legal? Isn’t it the landlords responsibility to maintain good plumbing? Do I really have to pay for him to repair someone else’s house?
  • I rent a lot in a mobile home park. I own my home and the new owner of the park are trying to charge for every person that lives in my home. Is this legal?
  • Our 12 yr old grandson in NY has been in foster care for almost 2 years and the Child Protection department has filed for termination of parental rights against our daughter. We are grandparents living in AZ and have filed in NY a petition for custody against our daughter. I believe we filed for custody of our grandson against his mother prior to the petition for parental rights termination. Must the judge hear our custody petition first? If the court rules in our favor and gives us custody of our grandson will his placement with us be governed by the ICPC or will we be considered an exception? We cannot afford an attorney and NY will not appoint an attorney for us since we do not reside in NY.
