I acquired a credit card in 2001 and never made a payment on the debt. A judgment was filed in Ohio. I moved to AZ and the collector filed a foreign judgment Jan 31, 2008 and filed an Affidavit for Renewal February 26, 2013. from what I have read, the statute of limitations is 5 years, since they recorded the renewal 1 month after the expiration, is this debt enforceable?

My former employer is verbally abusive on a daily basis and creates an extremely hostile workplace. After tolerating this for 6 months, I finally gave him my 2 week notice. He proceeded to say 'No, I'll end this right here' asked me for my key and walked me out. I then filed for unemployment, which has since been denied. I'm sure he said I quit, which is not the case. This person also made advances to my 16 ear old daughter when she was at work with me over the summer. Do I have a claim? I'm having a hard time getting a response from local attorney's.

I got "married" at age seventeen to, (unknown to me at the time), a person who was in the country illegally. He was a permanant resident who had his residency pulled after recieving three felonies two years prior to our marriage. He was arrested and deported again four years ago. I was to annul the marriage, and also make sure I legally have full custody of our two children. Where do I start?
