  • I am not sure if anything can be done . My son who is 26 yrs old had his jaw broken, it was broken to two places and it was also dislocated. He had surgery and had a plate put in. His bit is not even now and he has what we believe is a small sharp bone sticking out where his jaw joins so when he bites this bone digs into the side of his jaw. he has already went to his follow up from the hospital and at that time he asked the Dr why this was with the bone and his bite and the Dr replied I did the best I could. Is there any thing we can do regarding this? did the hospital get the rite DR
  • I SIGNED A RENTAL AGREEMENT ON FEB 23 WITH A MOVE IN DATE OF APRIL 1 AND THE PROPERTY WAS SOLD ON FEB 27. THE NEW OWNERS HAVE TWEAKED THE LEASE I SIGNED. I WANT THEM TO HONOR THE ORIGINAL LEASE BUT IF I DON'T THEY WON'T LET ME MOVE IN. IS THAT ALLOWED? THEY ARE CANADIANS, THE NEW OWNERS.
  • The rental agreement is month to month with a 30 day notice for either party. The renter paid rent Nov 1. On Nov 16, renter said the house was full of old cigarette smoke and couldn't live there so she gave 30 day notice. On Nov 23, she was gone along with all of her possessions leaving the room completely empty but she had paid up until November 30 and did not return the keys. She did not pay for Dec and I have damage deposit. Can I rent the room starting Dec 1 without repercussions from the renter.

  • My son got custody of his two boys about three years ago before that we had them for a year. There mom just left. If I want to be the guardian in case something happened to my son. Would there mom have a say so on this. She doesn't do anything for them. She is not allowed to see them. If she does see them her mom has to be there. Which is maybe once every two three months.
