The court granted my application to have my disorderly conduct(DV)charge from 5 years ago set aside. I'm trying to get my fingerprint clearance card and was denied due to the DV tag. Is there anyway to have the DV tag removed?

I need to file a motion to compel disclosure from the Pima county sheriffs dept. they are refusing to provide me with records that are public, regarding my own case, and held at the dept. I think this has to be a special action motion. If the case was in Superior Court, never appealed, where do I file the Special Action, can I use the civil courts to do this ? I am seeking damages based on public records law, does that limit me to superior court only?

We are the owners of a property in Tucson, Arizona. We received a judgment of eviction on the current tenents. The constable served them the papers. My question is the tenents have not removed anything from the property. What can I do? I need to go and clean the property to try and rent it out again.

This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? As the custodial parent, what can I do about a company not sending court ordered child support payments from there worker, the non custodial party?

I have filled a small claims against my former landlord for failure to return refundable deposits. The defendant has requested to the court that her property agent be placed as a co-defendant and property agent is willing to accept. Can we have that person removed as defendant when they are not named in Lawsuit?
