  • Is there a time frame that a tenant can change their mind about renting, even if they signed a lease? The reason is cockroaches.
  • My new husband has three children that live out of state and according to the divorce papers from his previous marriage, they share joint custody. After the divorce was final in Indiana, she moved without contacting him about this move. She has not let him know where the kids are for almost six years. He pays child support every month and has no contact with them. How do we go about finding the kids to have contact with them?

I am applying for assistance thru SaveYourHome. My mortgage counselor tells me that I would easily qualify except for the co-signer. In the past 2 yrs, my son has gone thru a BK & lay-off. He's been at his new job 9 months makes $13 per hour. I've heard about Quit Claim deeds. Can he be removed?
  • our daughter is 25 yrs of age, she's permanently disabled, the dept of DDD has asked us if we are legal guardians for her, we have a conservative ship superior court order from the state of California, but we have been told that is not recognized in Arizona, so we have elected to file for a guardianship of her in this state since we reside here permanently. I'm permanently disabled as well and on fixed income which means I can't afford legal fees anymore. We need help filing our documents with the courts with all the necessary paper work the first time minimizing travel for health reasons

  • I own my house and rent a lot in a "over 55" community. The driveway is a poor shape and I have asked management for several years for repair. Half of the driveways in the community have been repaired, and I have been told that the rest will be done shortly. That was three months ago! There are chips and holes in the driveway making a safety issue. How can I get them to uphold their responsibility? I do not want to move and just want them to provide the maintenance they are obligated to.
