  • First time in 50 years I can not pay my utilites. I have never asked anybody for nothing. Im loosing my house I am disbled and in a wheel chair and on SSD. Can someone help me or guide me in the right direction.
  • I signed a year lease starting in 2-1-12. In December of 2012. The landlord asked if I would like a new lease. I verbally agreed to 6 months. He said he would email me the new lease. He hasn't yet and I am second guessing staying. My lease is over at the end of Feb. Can I still give 30 days if no new lease has been signed yet?

  • I live in a complex and in our contracts state that they would spray once a month for bugs and change air filter, once a year change fire detector batteries. None of this is being done and we now have a bed bug problem here and they have not fixed security gate ..it has been broken for 2 years and they have us locked out of the laundry room..can anything be done on our part?   • I was out on deployment when my vehicles safety inspection sticker expired and my truck got towed from my parking spot at home and was impounded. I never missed a payment and could not afford to pay the impound cost when i returned home from deployment and Navy Federal credit Union would do nothing to help me get my vehicle back. That was back in 2009 i believe, and Navy Federal Credit Union has been trying to collect the remaining $7000 on the loan from me which i do not have and have never had. i do not even have a job right now. What can be done about this? i feel cheated!
  • can apartment manager send an unknown repair man in my apt if I am not home? It is necessary but not emergency. I did get 48 hrs notice..asked for another date she refused. I do not know this repair man..in the past we have had complaints of thief ..this is a HUD complex. I do not have a choice but to not be here as I am on jury call. Thank you
  • I was served a special writ for foreclosure due to being behind on HOA dues. How long do I have to try to pay the amount owed? It states my redemption period is 6 months. Is this from data of sale? Or from date I was served? Also, how long do i have before it goes to auction?
  • My niece used drugs in the past, paid for her crimes with a jail time. Upon release she regained custody of her two boys. She cleaned up/turned her life around. She remarried and had a third child. Her mother having had the boys during her jail stay became too attached/ makes up complaints abuse even puts things in the boys. She speaks ill of my niece to the boys trying to make them resent their mother. The boys 5/7 want to be with their mom & brother. The grandmother claims abuse but only wants the two older children. She says she has grandparent rights forcing my niece to comply with her every wish. Does my niece have to let the grandmother continue to see the kids? It is causing the boys much confusion.
