We are landlords. Our tenants reported an outside water leak to us which we had completely fixed within 4 hours of being reported to us. Tenants are asking if we are responsible for any of their high water bill. Bill is 2-3x regular amount. In lease, it is specified that tenant pays all utilities.

We sold a home in Hereford AZ that is in an HOA. At closing we were charged $800 for a disclosure fee. The state statute allows a maximun of $400. We told the HOA this and they refused to let us close unless this was paid. The statute also states that the HOA could be fined up to a $1200 for this. Who can we complain to to get get this investigated?

my manager did not accept my rent on the first and told me to wait until she got back to me on monday 5 about why i had a notice certified mail from them. (never received that mail) on the 5 i get a call saying they we not going to renew my lease, i had 30 days to vacate (verbally) that night i get a notice on my door that i owe rent and late fees. I thought i was kicked out . i dont understand this process then on the 12 i receive another notice that they dont want to loose me / pay rent. i seek legal advice because i dont understand now i get an eviction notice for court HELP ?? WHY??

The property I am renting has on going plumbing issues. Last month, I was without proper hot water for 10 days (they fixed it on the 10th day). This month, a leak in the foundation is causing my water heater to run constantly. Thus, my utility bill has tripled. Can I request that the property management company reduce my rent to compensate for the extra high utility bill?
