To whom it may concern; My mom was deported back in 1997-1998. She was charged with a crime prior to that and did 3 years of probation. It was after the 3 years of probation that the U.S. deported my mom. She was punished for 7 years I believe. She is back in the U.S. and I would like to know how to help to get her papers. My brother and I were born here in Arizona U.S. of A. and just don't want our mom to be looking over her shoulder all the time. Someone has informed ICE that she is here and ICE have been looking for her. What action can we take. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, NMP

A recent partial flood due to a roof leak caused by pigeon feces and nesting on the roof. Birds were also living in the attic. Sewer roaches also infested the attic drawn to waste and moisture present in the attic. With hazardous exposure and health concerns, is this the responsibility of the owner? They are communicating I should have recognized or smelled the nesting and feces and reported it before the problem developed. I requested they order an air quality test due to my asthmatic children and my concern of something in the air about a year ago. They have no record of it?

Over the past few months my apartment has been having serious plumbing issues. I have sewage coming up into my tub and when it is really backed up I cannot even flush the toilet. I am also unable to use my washer or shower due to the backup. My landlord who rents two apartments is taking his time handling the problem and refuses to use professionals to make the repairs and refuses to rent us a hotel. I read that the next step is to call the health department. Would that only make the problem worse. Is my landlord able to evict me in retaliation. My lease is good up to January.

I was adopted at the age of 13 from Russia. My adopted American parents were abusive. At the age of 18 I left home. I have been homeless living with friends as I finished my high school diploma. I have not been able to pay anyone for living at their home. I have started community college full time, two of my classes are not college accredited as I was educationally deprive and have to catch up to take Eng. 101 and college math. I spend more time studying than the average student as English is my second language. I work 8 hours a week at a clothing store. I just started caring for a 90 year old lady, more than 20 hours per week, in exchange for a place to study & sleep. DES says I need to work 20 hours a week to get food stamps. Would my caring of the 90 year old count as working even though I do not get paid?
