QUESTIONS

  • I've been sick for the past 3 months and the doctors have not been able to diagnose my initial cause. Because of the musky smell in our rental, we believe there to be mold. I believe it is mold making me sick. When I informed the owner he instantly jumped down my throat and asked why this is the first he's hearing of anything. Since I asked not to pay rent till the rental tested for mold he threatened to start the eviction process as soon as possible. I understand I have to pay rent. What do I do about the possible mold issue?
  • Doe my will have to be probated in Arizona when I have only financial assets all of which have instructions as to what happens to the asset when they receive a copy of my death certificates?

  • If I have sole custody of my daughters and my ex husband has standard visitation only but is over $5000 behind child support and is not upholding the divorce agreement (not paying child care,medical insurance or bills ect.) Do i have to allow him his visitation?
  • How can I get help ? I have a neighboring tentant and they keep harrasing me. I don't know them or know their names. I've reported complaints to manager about them throwing large amounts of cigarettes at my door- even leaving them burning at my door step. There is a  10 day notice that has passed and they continue the harrassment..

Or does it have to do with checking to see if I am a legal citizen, but why can't they just use my drivers license and/or social security number?
