I am currently married but we have been living very separate lives since 2011. My spouse has just "married" someone else. I have checked with the courts and there is no marriage certificate filed, however I was informed if they are presenting as a married couple, sent out wedding invitations, etc.. that this still falls under A.R.S. 13-3606(A) Anti-Bigamy Act. I will not be the one to actively pursue divorce as I took sacred vows and getting divorced was not one of them though I will not be difficult if a divorce is presented to me. In the interim what he is doing is wrong so what do I do?

I am recently divorced, and I got the house. He has personal stuff still here and I cannot get him to get it out of here. There is a lot of stuff and most too heavy for me to move. I've asked him several times to move it, even sent him letters that he had to sign for. Now he won't even answer his phone so I can pin him down on a date when he can have it done. It's his way of still trying to control my life and all I want is out and away from him. What options do I have to enforce this? It's been three months since the divorce and there was nothing on the decree that states a time limit .

I only have one car loan as far as debt. I only get child support as far as income ($300). I go to school full time. A year ago the house I was renting burnt down. It was an accident on my son's(17) part. I have received a bill for about $170,000 to repay the damages. Would Bankruptcy be an option? Can I file with only having this one bill? Would I lose my car since that is all I own now? Do I wait till the bill is older since I just got it?

I signed a move in paper with all the cost it would take to move in. They forgot to include Pet deposit in the paper and now the day of move in are asking for an extra$300 for pet deposit. Can they legally do that since both of us already signed with no pet deposit?

I get a news letter the first of the month stating maintenance day is 1/21/15. Is that legal notice. They come in twice that day. Once to change the a/c filter, check smoke alarm and look for drippy faucets. They come back to do monthly pest control. It is anywhere from 8 to 5. Lately they have even looked in the refrigerator during this inspection.
