We have lived in a rental since 2009. Two years ago, the house was sold to a new owner and now we have a property management company that we talk to. (Prior was family friend owner). There is a large Tree in the back yard, over 30 ft tall, that has been maintained by the previous owner personally and by some people the property management sent over three different times since taking over the property. Due to a recent storm, the tree has broken branches 20 + feet in the air. The property management company was notified and have told me its my responsibilty. Is this true or not?

I work as a contract RN on an Air Force base, for a company who is located out of Arizona. I am unsure how many employees work in a 75 mile radius from the Air Force Base. The company is telling me they do not and will not honor FMLA because of this. My job will not create a hardship on the company because all of the contract employees do different jobs here at the base. Am I entitled to know how many company employees are in the 75 mile radius? There are 117 contract employees at the AF base but work for various companies. Thank you

I am a resident of Maricopa County in the state of Arizona. I am the legal father of a child by default and not the biological father. There was never a blood test performed by the court to establish paternity. This is an out-of-wedlock child who is now 12 years old and I was never married to the child's mother. I have been paying child support for this child for 12 years. I want to file a motion to disprove paternity and request that the judge order a DNA test since the mother will not cooperate with genetic testing. Since the paternity judgment, I have received information that at the time of conception the mother had engaged in a sexual relationship with another man who was actually her fiance. Do I have the right to reopen and challenge the paternity declaration against me if a post declaration genetic test shows that I am not the biological father?
