My husband has Parkinson's Disease and has cognitive issues related to it. I am his durable POA, which went into effect last spring. In the summer, he contacted a company to install solar panels and signed a contract to lease the panels over the next 20 years for a total of $50,000. I never saw the actual contract that he signed. He said that he thought they were attaching the lease payments to our electric bill. The solar went into affect in September but we just received the first bill which is when I became aware of the lease. Is there any way that I can cancel the contract at this point?

I currently pay child support for three children. My oldest child turns 18 in November of 2020. My middle child turns 18 in December 2021 and my youngest child turns 18 in December 2022. THE 2018 ARIZONA CHILD SUPPORT GUIDELINES (adopted by the AZ Supreme Court) states that the 'presumptive termination date shall be the last day of the month of the 18th birthday of the youngest child.' Does that mean that I must continue to pay child support for ALL THREE CHILDREN until my youngest child turns 18 years old? Please advise. Thank you

I signed a lease that was marked that we would be provided with a washer and dryer. We move in and there is no washer and dryer available. Landlords said washer and dryer are convenience only. All they are doing is apologizing for it but not providing a washer and dryer. It’s marked on the lease! Can they do that?

Clothes all over, along with food containers over r, which will lead to insect problems that I don't want in my home. The other problem, recently he has been bringing over a girl that I don't want in my house. She comes in and uses the shower, my hair and bathing products. She brings her dog, that is destructive. I normally have no problems with his friends, both male and female, but I don't trust her, I don't want her and her dog here. What can I do legally
