My father passed away on 9/2/15 and I have been made the personal representative of his estate, he had a roommate living with him for 3 years that never paid rent. How do I go about notifying him he needs to move out once the house is sold?

My brother and I had a verbal agreement that he would purchase my property in which I run my business from and live and we would then do a lease option to buy back with a set price being set at time of agreement and I would be responsible for making interest only payments on the money he borrowed to pay for the property, which was fine. However he has not provided me with any type of a written agreement, it is two years later and payment is quadruple what it was suppose to be and now he is trying to evict me and sell the property, do I have any rights? I have emails stating the above.

I am a military mother of 3 who's husband went to jail for two years. I cannot find employment, he cant pay child support, and I can't get any cash assistance to provide for my children. Family is helping but what can I do? I live in my parents home they were going to rent out, but have bills and children. The state so no on cash assistance, so I only get food assistance. Isn't there something I can do during interim of trying to find a job?

I only have one car loan as far as debt. I only get child support as far as income ($300). I go to school full time. A year ago the house I was renting burnt down. It was an accident on my son's(17) part. I have received a bill for about $170,000 to repay the damages. Would Bankruptcy be an option? Can I file with only having this one bill? Would I lose my car since that is all I own now? Do I wait till the bill is older since I just got it?
