  • I'm looking for some guidance regarding the AZ Real Estate Recovery Fund. I submitted a claim against the fund some time ago but it was denied for multiple reasons, all of which were inaccurate. I'd like some advice from somebody with experience with getting reimbursement from the fund. The basis of my claim is the fact that my property manager embezzled security deposits and when his scam ran its course, he committed suicide. The fund is clearly setup to help those who have been a victim of real estate fraud, but the commissioner weaseled her way out of my claim on technicalities.

  • July of this year my ex-husband passed away and I am executor of his will. I have got a estimate of his mobile home and property. I am the one who is to receive any of his property. My question is do I have to put the property and mobile home in my name as I do not intend to keep it. It is completely paid for. The reason I ask this question is that I am on disability and have no intention to live there due to my health because the place is about 5 miles out in the country.   • ive received court papers for an eviction. i own the MH but rent the lot. i am a disabled combat veteran. i heard there is a law stating that as a veteran i would be given 90days before i could actually be evicted from my home. is this true?
