QUESTIONS

  • I own the mobile home rent the lot it has Two parking spots i leave a vehicle here year around. This year I drove my motor home down and parked it in the second parking spot. Not in the way of any thing. Has the land lord got the right to tell me I can't park it there.
  • My uncle has custody of my sister and he won't let her have contact with me is there anything I can do so that I am able to be in contact with her
  • I own a 55+ senior Rv community. A person living in a park model passed away. Their relatives have been trying to sell it. They paid the yearly rent (which is at a substantial discount). Two months later they received an offer on their home and now want a refund or partial refund of the rent. Now I have several signs in the office that states there are no prorations or refunds on rent. They are telling me that it's against the law that I rerent the space once they leave unless they sign a release allowing me to do so. Am I able to rent the space once they leave without refunding them?

For instance, a bill came to them in May, which they neglected to post to our account, and they are now charging me for in September.

  • We signed a new house on july 19th, and before we moved in, we hired a cleaning company trying to clean the entire house. The thing is when the cleaning company was cleaning, they found out a bunch of fleas inside of the house. We asked landlord see if he can refund the rent for the days before the entire house completly cleaned. Should be the landlord responsbility to take care of it before we move in? Can we ask for the refund the rent for the days we can't live inside of the house?
