Is it illegal to have tenants live in a fifth wheel in your backyard

My mother Passed away on June 28, 2013. Since then my dad has remarried and kicked my little brother out of his home he is currectly living with my older brother, my sister in law and I. We recently tried to get him registered for school but could not and had to wait on my father who is always late with things that are not pertaining to him. He also gets my brother social security he give it to him. I do not think its fair that my lil brother should have to go over my dad's house with his new wife and get his own money or any other document. Please let me know how to obtain guardianship.

My brother owns a trailer. He and his girlfriend broke up. Owner of park had her evicted. My brother wanted to sell his trailer n had buyer set up. Owner of park took his ex girlfriend to court n falsely obtained ownership/possession of my brothers trailer. Brother found out, called cops, went to courthouse n to magisterial judge who said they will not reverse decision. Attorney said $2500 but not sure we can do anything. How is this legal? Can my brother get his property back?

My ex and I have 50/50 custody. She frequently fails to pick up the children for her custody periods. Recently she dropped them off at school and told the school that I would be picking them up (again, her custody period). Obviously, I don’t mind having the children, but it is hard to manage impromptu scheduling changes in addition to the fact that I pay child support. What can I do?

I am SMI and severely physically and mentally disabled. I have trouble communicating. An employee that works in the office always treats me poorly and treats my non disabled friend and tenant normally. She recently called cops on me and tried to force me to leave office w/o info while discriminating against me talking about if I would “stop running [my] mouth” + more abuse. I still don’t have info. Makes it hard for me. Do I have recourse?

I am a single mom of 4 children (20, 19, 13, & 10). I divorced the children's father almost 8 yrs ago. I have full sole custody, and he was granted supervised visitation 2 hrs a week. Soon after the divorce, he stopped seeing or contacting the children. He currently has 5 felony warrants in the state of AZ for drugs and such and owes large fines. He fled the state about 6 yrs ago. And has not been seen or heard from since then. I want to know what I can do in lieu of custody of my children in the event of my death. Obviously the older children are safe; however, my 2 younger children I am concerned about. They do not know him or even know what he looks like. A long time fear of mine is that he could come and take them from family and friends here. Am I able to leave them to a more capable and safe guardian? And if so, what can I do without racking up large attorney fees? Thanks so much.

My soon to be ex wife and I are going through divorce. In the preliminary it States that we each keep the vehicle that were driving and we are responsible for the payments on the that vehicle. Will she decided to be sneaky and dirty and she had one of her friends who is a repo agent come on to my property and steal the vehicle from me even though I wasn't behind the payments. Is that legal? And what about all the money that I paid on the vehicle even though it was in her name which is technically community property community property. I just bought brand new tires for the truck brand new rims
