I remarried my first wife after being divorced for 6 years. We are divorcing once again, is the old divorce still in tact? Since the old divorce was not motified or a notification of change "being remarried", are the orders in the first divorce or any child support arrears still affective?

As a landlord, we only have a verbal lease agreement with our tenants. We are taking them to court for eviction for not paying rent. Our "plaintiff's checklist" lists a copy of the lease, which we don't have. Will our verbal lease agreement be an issue?

I am helping my daughter, who lives out of state and has guardianship of her father, move him to an assisted living facility. He has diagnosed dementia and severe major depressive disorder. He now lives independently in an apartment. His primary care doctor feels it is no longer safe for him to live alone. Under Arizona law, is there a way she can terminate his lease early without paying all the penalties and the stipulated two months rent since his move is for health reasons?

My parents are on social security income only and we are evaluating whether to put my Dad in a nursing home. He would most likely be eligible for ALTCS. My parents own their home and it is the only asset left to support my mother. I heard that a nursing home can take half the house value if the house is sold within 3 years of my father entering a facility. Can the home be put into a trust for my mother or sold to a family member before my father enters a nursing home to avoid this?
