My total income is $15,000 annually from ss retirement. I have $12,000 in checking for which I plan to get dental repairs. I owe $40,000 on credit cards and have not made any payments since 2005. I owe $30,000 to the IRS (irs has declared me "uncollectible"). Will my credit card debt ever disappear? I have never declared bankruptcy. Should I declare bankruptcy now?

How do I file an amendment to my response for custody and child support, I would like to add that i want to discuss arrearages of child support and 1/2 med exp owed by father.

How gain custody of my child when I don't exist in his life by any documentation? I am his biological father,and currently his sole provider (for the past 6 months). His mother, my ex girlfriend, decided that being a mother isn't suit for her, and has told me that I can have all legal rights. However, I don't know how to begin this process of gaining custody. How do I begin? Who do I talk to? And what would be the easiest way of doing this if she's willing to give up all rights to our child?
