The Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (Title 33, Chapter 11 of the Arizona Revised Statutes) sets out the law governing the rental of mobile home spaces and rights and obligations of landlord and tenant. UnderARS 33-1413.01, as long as a landlord of a mobile home park follows certain guidelines, the landlord may charge separately for utilities. Arizona law also requires, under ARS 33-1432, that information regarding utility billing and rates should be disclosed to prospective tenants and posted for current tenants.
