I have a one year old daughter. When her mother was pregnant she moved from California to Arizona. I want to file for joint custody but I don't know where to start. Do I need to go to Arizona to file?

I had a friend who needed a place to stay. I told him he could stay at my apartment for 2-3 weeks. I also stated to him not to have mail sent to my residence I advised him a p.o. Box was cheap to go that route. Well it's been about 8 months now. I've been telling him he needs to get his own place and move out for many months now. Finally I just told him he had a couple days and that's all. So he has a place and told the police and my landlord his place would be ready on the 5th of November 2017. He has also changed his mailing address. Can I change my locks now since it's nov.8th 2017?

I want to move out of my mobile home. The does not want to buy it off me but I've had people who wanted to previously purchase it off of me. They do not want to take applications from the people who want to buy. Can they legally not accept applications from people who want to purchase and keep me paying lease space?

I moved to Az. In September of 2018 to live near my Daughter,Son- in- law, snd Grandchildren. I signed a 1 year lease in apt. Complex. In October of 2018, my daughter told me her husband who is in the AF would have to go to Korea for a year on orders. She has chosen to accompany him with my grandchildren. I have been reliant upon them for transport, groceries, dr.'s appt's, etc. I use a walker, have medical issues that prevent me from doing day to day tasks. They are leaving on April 1st for a year. My only income is soc.sec. mgmt here wants 2000.00 to buy out of lease. Can I get out somehow

Aug. of 2010 the sheriff came to my house telling me the landlord called them because no one should be living there and I needed to call her. He dialed his cell phone. The lady on the other end said I need to send my rent to her. I asked what happened to my landlord was she dead and did not get a response. On Sept 1st I started to send her my rent. We have no written or verbal agreement. The property tax bill is in a dead persons name. Now she wants to evict me because I told her the roof leaks. Can she do this?

I was renting a trailer for over a year and about 8 months ago I started getting sick. I moved bedroom furniture and discovered mold on the wall. I immediately moved out but had to leave 2 beds, couches, pillows, comforters, etc. My daughter and I ended up on my moms floor with no pillows or blankets so I asked for $200 of my security deposit back and was told I had to sign a waiver before I received my money. Before I moved in a pipe had burst and was fixed by the maintenance man who came in and told me the mold was probably in the walls the whole time. Is there anything I can do?

When I moved in this house was filthy, there were nails and plastics all through the landscaping rocks and weeds everywhere. We paid landscapers to clean up the weeds, paid for a deep cleaning service and we had to pick up all the nails. Once moved in we've had to replace weather stripping and other minor fixes because the owners refuse to pay. We bought a small dog and paid the pet deposite. The house is maintained and looks better than when we moved in. How do I get my deposite and pet deposite back at the end of our lease? And the back door is broken and hard to get in and out of.

we own or mobile homes and pay lot space in a park. rumor has it that there going to turn it into an rv only park and make all others vacate. our mobile is to old to move. what are our rights as mobile owners and can they force us out by raising the space rent to high to afford as most of us are on social security of some kind. please help... thanks.
