QUESTIONS

  • We are senior citizens. A bank is offering us a home loan that we assumed was fixed interest-the rate dropped a fraction, even-then I happened to notice an unfamiliar phrase with a tiny checked box-'demand feature'. I looked it up: the bank can demand payment, calling the loan, at any time without giving a reason. It said that some states prohibit that practice. Is Arizona one? Calling the loan could destroy us and force the property into foreclosure.
  • I'm 25 years old, and was wondering if its still possible for my stepdad to adopt me. We have been trying to do it for years but have never actually started the process and would like to do so now. If someone could please give me an answer it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  • Can my wages be garnished after a foreclosure? ?
  • I am the non-custodial parent and currently have a parenting Plan in effect. It will be due for modification at the end of August. My question is if I wish to modify the parenting plan and do not have agreement from the other parent, what must I do and by what time. Another question, will the current parenting plan stay in effect if I do not file for a modification of parenting time?

I found out that after mom died her husband walked away from the trailer and owed lot rent. I thought he was paying everything. I found out they had been taken to court. It is now almost a year later snd i want my moms trailer and all her personal things that were in there but the park has a lock on the trailer. What are my rights what do i do.
  • I have requested for the last 3 months to be removed from the lease of an mobile park space lease. My roommate who is primary has agreed. I have npt signed to renew and placed 30 day notice prior to renewal. The management is refusing to remove me from the lease and says they do not need my signature to keep me on it indefinitely. I would like to know what I have to do to leave the lease immediately. I am sending a certified mail to inform them to remove me from lease and my intention to leave.
  • Can we request where the child support money is spent
  • My wife has a friend she's working for about 15 years. They talk a lot after everyone leaves the office the day. About 5 months ago the woman broke down and told my wife her husband has been beating her for 20 yrs she showed my wife several bruises her stomach and told my she's afraid leave because her husband said he will kill her. I know this is how abusers keep their spouses aroun. Is there some place I can find statistics on how many abusers say this and how many actually carry it out? Also if she went the police and the courts the day he hit her and showed the bruises would he be arrested
  • So i have a 3 year old undesignated felony on my record and i wanted to know if any one has an idea if it would be a problem for me, if i applied to visit an inmate??? Any one please
