My son is a college student, he has never been in trouble (age 19 soon to be 20). He was arrested for a misdemeanor for minor in consumption, and giving false information to officer (lied about his name shortly after came clean). Do we need to retain an attorney to get this cases expunged or set aside?

Our trailer we are rent to own. The electric bill is tied in with 3 other places. Our electric bill goes up every month. The electric bill is connected to the main office. Our A/C isn't working. All summer. What can we do about it? They're refusing to fix it saying it's up to us.

My home which is worth 230,000 was sold in a trustee sale for 12,753.85. I found out the 1st trustee has the same last name as the company president of the company that bought the property. Before the sale a substitute trustee took over. I believe this sale was done with an Irregularity in conduct and an Inadequate sales price. What recourse do I have. Time is of the essence. when we moved into our rental the bathrooms were covered in black mold, and within the first month, we are now being infested with bedbugs... what rights do we have and can we get out of our contract where the conditions are so horific?

In Az is it illegal for a used car dealership to sell a vehicle that had not yet been emissioned tested first? I have read on the Arizona Dept. of Enviromentak Quality page that they do,does this mean the contract I signed is technically void? Please dont judge me as i have had other repos and garnishments for them and they have all been paid for. i bought the car in late december 2012 and it wasnt till late feb. 2013 when they finally had to do an emissions test as my license plate wouldnt be mailed off till it was done. Thanks for any help with this.
