  • Landlord does not want to fix a broken mailbox. The post office will not deliver until it’s fixed. Who’s responsible to fix the broken mailbox.
  • If you have been unemployed due to COVID-19. I Paid this months rent and have three months remaining on a lease, can you be released. I’ve lived there over two years and have always paid on time. I asked the lady in the office and she was very rude and said that I have to pay for every month. I’m trying to do the right thing and let them know I am now financially strained.
  • Hello, Is there a basic description of what child support is supposed to cover in the state of AZ? My ex is insisting that I pay her more than the child support and alimony that she receives, which is $5,500 per month.   • I found a car on craigslist and went to see the vehicle. The seller and I agreed on a price. I told him I would be receiving my refund check in one week and asked if I could hold the car with a $300.00 deposit. Unfortunately my refund check became offset and I will not be receiving any money. Now the seller does not want to pay me back the deposit. Is that legal?

  • I was on a lease with 4 other people and to move out these other tenants had to release me from the lease. After being released the property manager is saying that I was never released now they are sticking me with an $1100 bill. I only have contact with 1the former roommate but he vouches that he signed me off the lease. What can I do to avoid this bill?
  • We rent a house that has a well water system. Sunday the well quit working. After trying to contact landlord all day via his phone and speaking with his son he agreed to have someone come out. The company came out Monday morning, found the problem and relayed this and the cost to the landlord. His response was that he did not want to pay this price. He asked if we can pay 1/3 of the cost after he finds a cheaper contractor to fix the problem. The motor is out on the pump. Now it is Tuesday we still have no water. 6 cats, 3 dogs, chickens, and 3 people with no water except what we bought in jug

  • I live in a complex and in our contracts state that they would spray once a month for bugs and change air filter, once a year change fire detector batteries. None of this is being done and we now have a bed bug problem here and they have not fixed security gate ..it has been broken for 2 years and they have us locked out of the laundry room..can anything be done on our part?
